First, I ordered this lazy suzan December 4th of last year. It's almost the middle of February and still no delivery. Tracking through USPS shows "Label created, awaiting item". You're website says "Shipped" but according to the tracking it has not. Second, it's like pulling teeth to get any kind of contact with you people! There is no email address, no phone number, nothing! The only way to communicate at all (that I could find) was to send a message through your website (which I did a few days ago) and heard NOTHING! It is clear that not only have I been completely overlooked, but someone has got to great lengths to make sure there's NO phone number to be found on your website, and therefore not one single option anywhere for a customer to know that you are even aware that I have not gotten what I ordered. I still want what I ordered, but after 2 solid months, I have very little hope left.
